The round shape center seat is drawn for a diamond of 0.85 Ctw to 1.20 Ctw, with 12 round cut diamonds prong set along the shoulders in a fine, evenly spaced line that leads the eye inward. Every stone is left open on all sides so light enters directly. A round center places no demands on its mounting beyond symmetry, and answering that plainly rather than elaborately is what makes a ring like this age well. Rings drawn this plainly tend to outlive the fashions around them. Crafted in 14 karat white gold and given a rhodium finish that keeps the metal bright through daily wear, it is completed with a total weight of 1/20 Ctw.
