Round Shape Semi-Mount Halo Diamond Engagement Ring
The round brilliant was cut to return as much light as possible, and a halo simply extends that principle past the edge of the stone. This semi-mount halo engagement ring leaves its center open for a diamond of 0.85 Ctw to 1.20 Ctw, with 45 round cut diamonds prong set in a close frame around the seat before the line continues down the shoulders. Each is held open on every side so nothing blocks the path of the light. The shoulders carry their own line of stones, so the brilliance does not stop at the halo but continues around the finger, which keeps a ring of this proportion from looking top heavy. Crafted in rhodium finish 14 karat yellow gold, the warm metal gives the brilliance a golden undertone, and the ring is finished with a total weight of 1/2 Ctw.
