Drawn for a larger round center, this semi-mount halo engagement ring keeps its seat open for a stone of 4.50 Ctw to 5.50 Ctw. Through the mounting, 55 round cut diamonds are prong set, forming a halo that encircles the center completely before flowing down the shoulders in a graduated run. Because each stone is held open on all sides, light passes through rather than reflecting only from the crown, giving the frame a depth that a closed setting could not. The shoulders carry their own line of stones, so the brilliance does not stop at the halo but continues around the finger, which is what keeps a ring of this scale from looking top heavy. Crafted in rhodium finish 14 karat rose gold with its characteristic warmth, the ring is completed with a total weight of 3/4 Ctw.
