Sized for a larger round brilliant, this semi-mount engagement ring keeps its center seat open for a stone of 2.75 Ctw to 3.50 Ctw. Along the band, 6 straight baguette diamonds carrying weight 1/5 Ctw are flush set, their rectangular facets reading as a single quiet band rather than individual stones. Above them, 12 round cut diamonds carrying weight 1/20 Ctw are prong set in fine succession so each catches light independently. At this center size the shoulders carry real visual weight, so the fine scale of the side stones keeps them from competing, letting the band lead the eye inward rather than holding it at the edges. Crafted in 14 karat white gold and finished in rhodium for an even, bright tone, the mounting is finished with a total weight of 1/4 Ctw.
