Princess Shape Semi-Mount Diamond Engagement Ring
Clean lines and four sharp corners define the princess shape center seat of this semi-mount engagement ring, drawn for a stone of 0.85 Ctw to 1.20 Ctw. Flush set into the band, 6 straight baguette diamonds carrying weight 1/5 Ctw rest level with the metal, keeping the profile smooth. Above them, 12 round cut diamonds carrying weight 1/20 Ctw are prong set in a fine line that leads toward the center. Yellow and white gold are combined through the 14 karat mounting, with a rhodium finish applied to the white gold. A princess center sits square on the finger in a way rounded cuts never quite do, and the straight lines of the flush set baguettes echo that geometry along the band rather than working against it. It is finished with a total weight of 1/4 Ctw.
