Across the mounting, 58 round cut diamonds are prong set, forming a halo that narrows to meet each point of the center outline before continuing down the shoulders. The open metalwork leaves every stone exposed on all sides, so the frame carries light without interruption around the whole silhouette. Larger marquise centers can look stark without a frame, and the halo here does the softening, surrounding the elongated outline with a fine ring of light that eases the transition from stone to metal. Crafted in 14 karat white gold and finished in rhodium for a bright, even tone, the ring is finished with a total weight of 3/4 Ctw.
