The second medallion displays a clover-carved grid, accented with 8 bezel set 1 MM round cut precious Ruby. Adding color and depth to the intricate pattern. Suspended on a Cable Chain 0.85 MM in 18 Inches with Lobster Lock & Extenders at 16″ & 17″, all framed in finish 10 karat yellow gold. Total diamond weight is 1/50 Ctw.
