The cutwork is further highlighted with milgrain edging and radiant round cut diamonds. 4 pave hand set round cut diamonds embellish the four-leaf cap that cradles the pearl, while 2 prong hand set round cut diamonds accent the heart of the cutwork accents, and one adorns the link suspending the pearl. A Cable Chain 0.85 MM in 18 Inches with Spring Lock & Extenders at 16″ & 17″ carries the pendant, both styled in 10 karat yellow gold. Total diamond weight is 1/20 Ctw.
