The design features a beautiful 10X5 MM oval cut Evoque Gemstones blue topaz at the top, gracefully suspending a larger oval-shaped mount via a single bezel-set round cut diamond. On the mount, an 18X8 MM oval cut blue topaz center stone commands attention with its mesmerizing azure hue. Haloing the center stone are 66 pave set round cut diamonds, with a triple-row arrangement at the top and bottom and a single row along the sides, totaling 132 diamonds across the pair.
