It features a safety pin closure at the base and a simple curved top, instead of the turned around spring that one usually sees on safety pins. This curved top also holds the push-back closure for the earring. While the closure end of the safety pin displays 11 each prong set round cut diamonds, total 22 on both earrings, the top shows 8 each prong set round cut diamonds, a total 16 on the earring pair. The stud earring is framed in 10 karat white gold. Total diamond weight is 1/6 ctw.
